How to use these tools

Single file — works anywhere

This launcher contains all 10 tools in one file. Open it in Chrome or Safari. No internet connection required after the page loads.

Associate-led conversation

Ask questions verbally during the discovery meeting. Score each question on what you hear. Add notes per question to capture client quotes and context.

Print to PDF when complete

Use the Print / save as PDF button inside each tool. Save to the client folder in Google Drive when building the SOW.

Always start with the triage

Run the triage in the first or second client conversation. 15 minutes to identify which practice area to prioritise and which deep-dive to deploy.
