6 · Associate scoring patterns

Average score distribution by Salamander associate. Used to spot scoring drift — where one associate consistently scores higher or lower than the cohort.

What's live vs what's next

Live in v1.0 — the core analytics loop is production-ready:

  • JSON export on each of the 5 tools — "Save dataset (JSON)" button alongside the PDF download. Every assessment exports a standardised v1 schema file.
  • JSON ingestion — drag assessment JSON files onto the page or click "Load JSON files…". Stored in your browser's local storage so they persist across sessions.
  • CSV export — the filtered dataset downloads as CSV for ad-hoc analysis in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Deduplication — loading the same assessment twice updates in place rather than creating duplicates.

Next iterations — where the data starts earning its keep:

  • Company view — click through to see every assessment for a specific company side-by-side
  • Engagement conversion tracking — tag engagements as won / in-progress / lost to surface which diagnostic-score ranges convert to paid work
  • Cloud backend (Firebase / Supabase) — once the dataset exceeds ~30–50 assessments, replace localStorage with a proper multi-user backend so the whole Salamander team shares one source of truth
  • Client-facing percentile statements — pipe benchmark statements into the Business Continuity / Fundraising Readiness / Channel Strategy reports ("Your score of 64 is in the top quartile for Series B SaaS in APAC, based on 47 comparable engagements")
Mockup notice. The data shown here is synthetic — 30 fake assessments generated to illustrate the views and filters. Company names, associate names, and scores are all made up. In production, this tool ingests real assessment JSONs exported from the five diagnostic tools and aggregates them for internal Salamander use only. Client consent for anonymised aggregation should be covered in engagement terms before any of this data is used in client-facing benchmarks.
