1. Definitions

- "User" means any person accessing or using the Website.

- "Salamander Advisory" means Salamander Advisory Pte. Ltd.

- "User Content" means any text, images, feedback or other materials submitted by

Users.

2. User Eligibility

Users must be at least 16 years old. By accessing the Website, you represent that you

meet this age requirement.

3. License and Intellectual Property

Salamander Advisory grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to

access and use the Services for personal or internal business purposes. All content,

including code, design, text and graphics, is owned by Salamander Advisory or its

licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without express

permission.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

- Use the Website for unlawful activities.

- Upload viruses, malware or spam.

- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website.

- Infringe any third-party rights.

5. User Content

Users retain ownership of their User Content but grant Salamander Advisory a

worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display such content. Salamander

6. Disclaimers and Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted

by law, Salamander Advisory's liability is capped at SGD 1,000 or the total fees paid by

the User in the prior 12 months, whichever is lower. Users agree to indemnify

Salamander Advisory against any claims arising from their use.

7. Force Majeure

Salamander Advisory will not be liable for any failure to perform due to events beyond its

reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks or government actions.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy (Last updated: 20 May

2025) available at https://salamanderadvisory.com.

9. Amendments

Salamander Advisory may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be

notified via website banner or email. Continued use after notice signifies acceptance.

10. Termination

Salamander Advisory may suspend or terminate access for Users who breach these

Terms or for inactivity. Upon termination, User licences end and Salamander Advisory

may delete User Content.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall first be referred to

mediation; if unresolved, to the courts of Singapore.
